Dr Gary Carson
Bachelor of Dental Surgery
(BDS Edinburgh)
Dr Carson qualified in Edinburgh, Scotland with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1993. Gary moved to Sydney in 1996 and spent seven years in general practice in Manly on Sydney's Northern Beaches before moving to Narrabeen in January 2006. He regularly attends postgraduate seminars and likes to keep up to date with the constant changes in modern dentistry.
Gary enjoys dentistry and caring for patients with the aim of always looking after the patients needs first. He enjoys the social interaction with patients and his friendly caring manner instantly makes patients at ease. He is always willing to take the time to discuss treatment options and any concerns patients may have.
Gary is married with three children and loves to spend time with his family as well as ocean swimming, cycling and enjoying the wonderful outdoors of the Northern Beaches.

Dr Debbie McAllister
Bachelor of Dental Surgery
(BDS Glasgow)
Dr Debbie McAllister completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in Glasgow in 2001. After doing a year of vocational training in Scotland she came to Australia and worked for Queensland Health and Dental Health services Victoria.
She returned to the UK and worked in both general practice and the community sector (paediatric and special care dentistry) for several years before emigrating here and making the Northern Beaches her home.
Dr McAllister joined Dr Carson at Narrabeen Dental Health in 2006.
She enjoys the variety that general practice brings and takes care to deliver quality dentistry in a relaxed and caring environment. She takes time to ensure the patient has a full understanding of the treatment options available including the costs involved so that they can make informed decisions and choose the best treatment option for them.
Dr McAllister is committed to keeping up to date with advancements in dentistry and regularly attends courses to further her knowledge. She is a member of several dental study groups.
Outside of dentistry Debbie loves living in the Northern beaches with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Mia. She enjoys participating in sports, socialising with friends and travel.

Dr Lauren Waite
Bachelor of Dental Surgery HONS.
(BDS HONS. Bristol), MFDS (RCS ED)
Dr Lauren Waite relocated to Australia in 2009 after gaining her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (with Honours) qualification from the University of Bristol in 2007. She then went onto obtain a post graduate Diploma for the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (MFDS) with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Lauren worked in both general practice and in the community sector (which included Paediatric, Geriatric and Special care dentistry) while she was living in Edinburgh, Scotland before moving to Australia. In addition, Lauren carried out voluntary dental aid work in Peru and Argentina, which she found very rewarding, and aims to do more of in the future.
Her main professional remit lies within providing general dentistry to families and individuals alike. She prides herself on ethical and holistic dentistry. Fully appreciating that patients are individuals who require tailored treatment to their specific requirements and what they feel comfortable with.
While she has an interest in aesthetic dentistry including crown and bridge, she also enjoys treating children and the elderly.
Lauren actively participates in regular continual professional development. Enrolling in seminars and courses relevant to her dental practice and is currently a member of a local study group. As well as this, she is a member of AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency), MWDSG (Manly Warringah Dental Study Group), RCS of Ed (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh) and the BDA (British Dental Association).
Lauren is a mum to a busy little girl, Millie, and young son Joel. When she is not spending time with her family Lauren enjoys running, swimming, yoga, pilates and paddle boarding. Her other interests include meditation, reading, cooking and bush walking.
